Thank you for checking out our basketball training website. We welcome and appreciate the opportunity to work with your child, whether he or she is a recreational or elite level player. We field teams in year round leagues and tournaments as well as provide individualized training. Our focus is on teaching and reinforcing fundamentals but then repeatedly simulating competitive situations so players are able to think and react appropriately and quickly when it comes to being successful in actual game play. We get to know each of our players personally so we can meet them wherever they currently are on their basketball journey. This is a family run organization which we pride ourselves on keeping intimate. We consider players and their families as part of our family. Henderson, NV's Premier Youth Basketball Training Program
Henderson Bulldogs Basketball is an organization dedicated to training boys and girls, ages 6 to 16, in the wonderful game of basketball. Recently relocating here from California, we founded one of the original Club Basketball organizations, the East Bay Bulldogs, 25 years ago. Our full time coaches continue that legacy as they utilize their years of experience to teach players the skills and strategies to gain confidence and be successful in the game. Areas of focus include dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and most importantly, what it takes to thrive in the team, and actual game, environment. We also provide private training and shooting machine rentals as coaches and resources are available.
What Makes Us Different
1) Our motto is: "We don't label and we don't limit. We just teach, encourage and repeat!" We believe every child who is a part of our program deserves our best efforts to maximize his or her individual confidence and potential.
2) We are not like many other clubs who essentially are production mills where each player represents no more than a temporary coach's paycheck. We work hard to focus on each player's development so we can create long term relationships both on and off the court.
3) Our coaches are professionals who have been involved in training players for years. They are responsible and experienced and not only teach individual skills but also how each player should be able to think on his or her own while on the court.
4) We care about, and collaborate with, our player parents. We understand they have enough chaos in their daily lives without us adding any more. We are organized and communicate regularly about practice schedules and player development
5) We are local, right here in your backyard. No need to make the arduous commute to and from Vegas.

Note: We practice indoors in Henderson, in Seven Hills, off Eastern Avenue (near Anthem).
8U Recreational & Competitive: Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:40 pm
10U Competitive: Tuedays and Thursdays 5:30-6:40 pm
10U Recreational: Mondays and Wednesdays 6:40-7:50 pm
12U Competitive: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:40-7:50 pm
12U Recreational: Mondays and Wednesdays 7:50-9:00 pm
14U + Older: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:50-9:00 pm
We are only allowing a maximum number of players per (team) time slot, so if you are interested, we encourage you to sign up ASAP. Once these slots are full, we are unable to take any other participants until a currently registered player leaves.
Costs - Monthly $175, Bi-monthly $325, Quarterly $475. Sibling discounts would reduce each of these costs by another $25 for each additional player. These costs are not calculated based on calendar months but from the time you join, so you are welcome to join at anytime.
Games -Subject to availability, you are welcome to join at anytime. The next league season starts in September 2023.
Other Training Options and Costs:
Personal training (basketball, strength or shooting machine) sessions are by appointment only and are limited to a maximum of four players per hour session. Introductory (current pricing) cost is $45 per hour for one player, $35 per hour per player for two players, $30 per hour per player for three players, and $25 per hour per player for four players. Spots are very limited - call for available dates and times.

David Persin is Club Director and a founder of one of the very first club basketball teams 25 years ago. He has coached thousands of players who have gone on to every level of basketball success. He believes confidence and preparedness are the keys to any type of success in life.

Goose Persin was a college scholarship player and one of the best high school shooters in the nation, leading his team to its first ever Section Championship. Goose used shooting machines for many years, which he credits for much of his later success. Having realized "the dream," Goose is motivated to help others achieve the same level of success.

Sam Persin has been involved in all aspects of basketball for more than 15 years. This incluces coaching, refereeing, running city and adult leagues/teams and private training. Sam has immeasurable patience and prides himself on the lifelong connections he has been able to cultivate with his players.
